Kayak rentals: You do not have to be a guest staying at the resort to rent a kayak by the hour or half day, we have single kayaks, tandem kayaks, triple kayaks for rent and row boat rentals; rowboat and double rowing skiffs. Visit us by boat, we have guest dock, arrive with your boat, we have guest boat moorage at our small marina. Stop by and visit our Obstruction Pass store, a general store with groceries, souvenirs and more. We are a wireless wi-fi internet hotspot! Lodging guests bring your wi-fi ready devise, wi-fi internet access is FREE!

Lodging Details.

Lodgings are fully furnished, linens, dishes, coffee filters, basic cleaning supplies, bar soap, dish soap, trash bags etc.
There is No additional charge for children under 2 years.

Waterfront vacation cottage; Gull cottage #1 is a 2 bedroom cottage including a hide-a-bed in living room, full kitchen and microwave, bathroom w/shower, fireplace (we sell firewood at our store) outside front deck w/ table and chairs and briquette BBQ. Sleeps up to 6 persons.

All other 1 and 2 bedroom waterfront cottages and apts, include full kitchen and microwave, bathroom w/shower, most have a futon or hide-a-bed in the living room, also outside front deck w/ table and chairs, briquette BBQ.These all sleep up to four persons.

Studios have contential kitchens (microwave, sm. fridge, coffee maker) bathroom w/shower, table and chairs, briquette BBQ. Sleeps up to 2 persons.

Upstairs Rooms for Adults only. They are non-cooking rooms. These rooms are decorated with antiques and fine collectibles, each room has a private bathroom and shower. There is a very comfortable commons sitting room with refridgerator, wine glasses and snack dishes, coffee and tea maker (coffee and a variety of teas are supplied) and sun deck overlooking a gorgeous view of the San Juan Islands.
